Supported Independent Living (SIL) is a type of housing and support service that helps people with disabilities live as independently as possible. At HV Care, we provide SIL services in a variety of settings, including shared homes, apartments, and townhouses.
Our SIL services are designed to promote self-sufficiency and independence. We work with each client to develop a personalized support plan that meets their individual needs and goals. Our support staff can provide assistance with a variety of tasks, such as activities of daily living (ADLs), medication management, transportation, budgeting and financial management, and social and community engagement. We also offer a variety of specialized services, such as dementia care and respite care.
At HV Care, we believe that everyone has the right to live a fulfilling and independent life. Our SIL services are designed to help people with disabilities achieve their goals and live their best lives.
