Hi, I’m Hinal Vyas, the proud owner and director of HV Care. With a research degree in medical engineering and a deep passion for health, I founded HV Care to provide compassionate and personalized support within the disability sector.
My journey is deeply personal. After a life-changing injury forced me to relearn basic skills like walking, I gained firsthand insight into the challenges of recovery. This experience inspired me to create a service that genuinely understands and addresses everyone’s unique needs.

Kia ora! My name is June & I’m the team leader of HV Care. I have 15+ years of lived in experience working in the disability sector as well as extensive formal education & training. I love to be on the floor with the support workers to make sure we are delivering the best customer service experience possible. I like to be the go between all departments & enjoy seeing our participants shine!
Aiko Sheng is a skilled rostering officer with a strong background in accounts and administration. With expertise in scheduling and resource management, she ensures seamless operations and efficient workforce coordination. Aiko’s attention to detail, organizational skills, and financial acumen enables her to balance complex schedules while maintaining accurate records. Her dedication to excellence makes her an invaluable asset in delivering streamlined and effective support.
